About Us Paige Beyer, PCC, CPCC 
Paige coaches and trains individuals and organizations on career, work-life balance and life. She coaches entrepreneurs, executives and people from all walks of life to clarify their vision and put it into action! She holds a big agenda for her clients: LIVE LIFE & LOVE WORK in balance with what matters most! She specializes in springboarding careers, creating great lives and helping individuals discover their passion-- whether at home or work! Bottom line, it's all about choices... Paige is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and is also trained in the Co-Active coaching model. She has a unique background of over 15 years professional experience including sales and marketing, management, recruitment and running her own business. She is a graduate of North Carolina State University and holds a degree in Business Management. She is also a qualified Myers-Briggs administrator and counselor. Her broad experience coupled with her education and training lay the foundation for her most recent passion—coaching and organization development. In 2001, Paige opened her coaching & OD practice, Choice Dynamics, so she could help others live their best life and enjoy a career rich with meaning and fulfillment. The name of Paige's business, Choice Dynamics, reflects her belief that our power lies in the choices we make—and those choices are dynamic, constantly changing. Paige believes in getting clear about what you value most and what your choices are. Then, by developing “the leader within”—one's internal compass—you begin to make choices that will influence your environment and realize the life and/or career you want! Whether from an individual or organization/systems perspective, Paige offers insights into the complicated dynamics of motivation, communication, leadership and building better relationships/teams/partnerships of all kinds to help her clients achieve the results they want.
