Paige's experience as a coach and career counselor in combination with her background as a Recruiter and business owner offers insight into the complicated dynamics of attracting, developing and retaining highly motivated employees.  Her clients, most of whom are already successful professionals in management and leadership positions, reach new levels of performance and satisfaction in their careers never thought possible before.  Her broad professional experience of over fifteen years in marketing and management brings a wealth of knowledge and encouragement.  Paige is a graduate of North Carolina State University and holds a degree in Business Management.  She is also certified by both ICF and CTI as a Professional Certified Coach and is a Qualified Myers-Briggs Administrator and Counselor.
